Parfait Café
Order

Our story

A little corner of sweet on Lincoln Ave.

Parfait Café opened in May 2026. It is a café, a crêperie and a gelateria at once — which is unusual, and entirely the point.

Most places pick one thing. A coffee shop does coffee. A dessert place does dessert. Parfait Café opens at 7 in the morning for espresso and a croissant, and it's still making crêpes at nine at night — the same room doing a different job depending on when you walk in.

Made when you order it

The crêpes and waffles are cooked to order, which is the whole reason they arrive warm and crisp rather than soft. Croissants are baked in-store every morning, including the pistachio one. The gelato comes from a small producer in upstate New York rather than a national distributor.

The coffee runs from a straight espresso to a line of six signature lattes — pistachio, Spanish, lavender, Lotus, Nutella and Dubai chocolate — and there's a Turkish coffee with cardamom on the board for anyone who wants it made properly.

The Dubai chocolate thing

It's on the waffle, the crêpe, the latte, and in a 20 oz cup with fresh strawberry and pistachio cream. It became the most-ordered dessert in the world for a reason, and it's worth having somewhere that makes it fresh instead of pulling it out of a fridge.

An all-day room

There's a good amount of seating, it's dog friendly, and people work here in the afternoons. Reviewers keep using the same word for the room — cozy — and mentioning how the place is set up. That was deliberate.

“Made fresh, served with love”
