Our story
A little corner of sweet.
Parfait Café opened on Lincoln Ave in May 2026 — an all-day café for the neighborhood, from the first coffee of the morning to something sweet late in the evening.
Croissants are baked in-store every morning. The gelato is made by a small producer in upstate New York. The crêpes and waffles are cooked when you order them, which is why they arrive warm. Nothing here is assembled in advance.
